Ritsuko died in an alley with a mountain of debt on her shoulders.

She was clever: recording all her dealings with a low-level thug with an eye implant. Problem is whatever she captured went missing and Maku has to find it. That and keep out of the way of a low-level thug.

Along the way he tricks a drunk salaryman, rescues a dog and has ramen with the leader of a notorious Yakuza clan. And gets tasered.
